Tracid Vet Injection is a potent antifibrinolytic agent formulated with Tranexamic Acid BP, specially designed for veterinary use in cattle, buffaloes, goats, sheep, and dogs. It works by competitively inhibiting plasminogen activation, which stabilizes blood clots and rapidly stops bleeding. It is widely indicated for controlling surgical hemorrhage, traumatic bleeding, post-partum hemorrhage, epistaxis (nosebleeds), hematuria (blood in urine), gastrointestinal bleeding, and bleeding associated with severe infections or injury.
