সালফাভেট পাউডার (Sulphavet Powder) হলো সালফানাইলামাইড বিপি (Sulfanilamide BP) সমৃদ্ধ সালফোনামাইড গ্রুপের একটি নির্ভরযোগ্য অ্যান্টিব্যাকটেরিয়াল পাউডার। এটি ক্ষতিকারক ব্যাকটেরিয়ার ফলিক অ্যাসিড সংশ্লেষণ বন্ধ করে তাদের বংশবৃদ্ধি রোধ করে। এটি গরু, মহিষ, ছাগল ও ভেড়ার গলারোগ, ক্ষুরপচা (Foot Rot), বাছুরের ডিপথেরিয়া, জরায়ুর প্রদাহ (মেট্রাইটিস) এবং ফোড়া বা ক্ষত নিরাময়ে ব্যবহার করা হয়। এটি মুখে খাওয়ানোর পাশাপাশি পশুর অস্ত্রোপচার পরবর্তী ক্ষত, কাটা-ছেঁড়া এবং খোলা ঘায়ে বাহ্যিক পাউডার হিসেবে ছিটিয়ে ব্যবহারের জন্য অত্যন্ত উপযোগী। মানসম্মত এই ওষুধটি তৈরি করেছে এসিএমই ল্যাবরেটরিজ লিমিটেড (ACME)।
